An official preliminary to the
Tiny Miss VIRGINIA STATE, Tiny Miss EASTERN AMERICA, and Tiny Miss of AMERICA PAGEANTS.

We are not a pro-am system. We prepare young ladies to compete in Miss America and Miss USA type pageants.

The Tiny Miss Stafford Pageant will be held at 2:30
on the 14th of September 2014,
on the Main Stage of the
Stafford County Agricultural Fair & Hartwood Days Festival!

Volunteers are how we get things done!! We are always looking for great people to volunteer to help the Tiny Miss Stafford Pageant a success!

SCHEDULE:

DOORS OPEN/CHECK IN: 1:30 pm

PAGEANT BEGINS: 2:30 pm

Tiny Miss Pageants

Who can participate? Any little girl who meets the following age categories:

Wee-baby - 0-23 mos
Baby 2 - 3 years old
Mini - 4 - 5 years old
Tiny 6-7 years old
Petite - 8-10 years old

Pre-Teen 11-12

There will be 2 events scheduled as a part of the Tiny Miss Stafford Pageant:

SUMMER WEAR Competition ( Mandatory, Wee Baby-Petite) - A sundress or just a summer dress. Remember to look your age!
PHOTOGENIC Competition (Mandatory, Wee Baby-Petite) - Photos should be age appropriate and may be natural or retouched. Pictures may be black and white to color and should be 8X10 in size!! Photos will be returned at the end of the pageant.
- Contestants will submit a photo of themselves by mail or in person no later than the 12th of September.

  - If dropping off please call before hand 540-455-6634.
- Photo may be color or black and white, and
- should be no larger than 8X10 - NO FRAMES, PLEASE!
- Photograph should reflect the contestant’s photogenic potential. CONTESTANTS MAY SUBMIT ADDITIONAL PHOTOS. Photos may be returned at the end of the pageant.
Every contestant will receive a Trophy.
Queens will receive a Crown, Sash & Trophy, & a $50.00 certificate towards Tiny Miss State
Contestant does NOT have to be a County Resident

Your completed and paid Registration is consent that you:

Do hereby consent to your child's participation,
Do hereby release the pageant director, pageant staff, and the Property Owner from any liability in the loss of property or any accidents that may occur during the pageant,
Do hereby consent that any photo's or video which may be taken of or including my child may be used by the pageant and the Fair without need for further consent
